1. 2 Weeks Delivery by Air Cargo: The customer can opt for delivery by air to save on time if the product is small as well as required on an urgent basis. Sometimes air deliveries cost less depending on the type of goods ordered. Customers will receive weekly mails/whatsapp messages regarding their products’ shipping update.
2. 7 weeks Delivery by Sea Cargo: This is the most cost effective delivery time. We advise customers to plan ahead of scheduled times and place an order well in advance with us to save big on your purchases InshaAllah. Customers will receive weekly mails/whatsapp messages regarding their products’ shipping update.
3. 2-3 Days Delivery for limited products: Since Ataraxians-Kidsmart is an unique marketplace concept, certain small & essential supplies like stationery products, disposables etc are available with us to ship immediately, so that customers can receive them within 2-3 days InshaAllah.

Since we ship most of the products from outside UAE, customers will receive weekly mails/whatsapp messages regarding their products’ shipping update. Once the goods reach UAE & get the Customs Clearance completed, we will issue the Parcel tracking by Mail / Whatsapp, to complete the delivery of the purchased products at the given location as stated by the customer at the time of placing an order with us.
